In reply to: Hello Cam, I would suggest running the installation program to remove the driver then after that has finished try manually searching for the files that relate to it such as the umpusbvista.sys file, from memory there is one other.sys file that installs, (if I can find out what it's name is I will post it here for you) so you need to check to make sure that one has gone too if not then delete it yourself, I have had customers with this problem before on other kit and this was the fix for it. For some reason the uninstall program did not get rid of all of the files that relate to, who knows why it does not work but it didn't so sometimes you just need to do it yourself. If that does not sort it out then you may need to start looking in the registry to sort that out as well.
