There were 2 dubs on cheese tv, the 'Ocean Dub' which was from episodes 1-67 at which point they switched over to the 'Funimation Dub' for 68-291. Put simply, its the one you remember from cheese TV. Episodes 68-291 with the 'Ocean cast' sort of dont exist, chances are youve never seen it (even I havent).

As for finishing, I have hundreds of files to manually sync up. Ive done about 80/582 so far so still a while off depending on my motivation. I also still got to write a program to 'mux' the audio with the video and another program to edit the subtitle timestamps so that they are synced with the Japanese audio. Click to expand. There are 4 English dubs of Dragonball, there is the Funimation dub as well as the dub done by Blue Water studios which I think aired in Canada and the UK as a replacement for the Ocean cast (they also did GT) and the Harmony Gold dub which was a short lived dub that came out in the late 80's before Funimation got their hands on the series. There's also the 95 Funimation dub of the first 13 episodes and the 1st DB movie 'Legend of Shen Long'/'Curse of The Blood Rubies' which used Ocean voice actors.

Unfortunately, the Japanese audio is not yet complete as I'm still trying to get a hold of the original broadcast audio. I really want this track before finishing as the difference in quality is huge. It wont feel right until I have this audio in my hands. The slow English sync time is in large part due to the bottleneck of the broadcast audio.

If I had the audio on hand, I would have sped through the English audio a lot faster. Basically what I'm saying is that when I start syncing the broadcast audio, things will move along a lot faster than the english track did. I made a graph displaying the delay used for each episode just for fun. Juki Dln 5410n Manual. I'm sad to say this but I have only just discovered this thread/fourmn/website today.

How bad is that? But what I have found is amazing!

Someone with a view on the releases of Dragon Ball Z as I also have. The idea of having the Bruce Faulconer music with the original Dragon Box picture is just genious and like you say PERFECT. If I had the skills/equipment/storage/software to do so I would asisst. But based on the samples you've done an excellent job! But you've actually took it a step further to upscale to 1080p!? Now that i've read this thread I have my hopes set on this fan release now:D.

How unique I hope to hear more news about this soon if you've had the time with university and all. I'm going to go and buy an external hard drive now just to prepare for this!

In behalf of all true fans we can't than you enough. My one question is, and you've probaly noticed this yourself. But the fighting sound effects have decreased in volume, based on the samples i've viewed on YouTube.

I was wondering if you corrected that or through a stereo system it sounds ok? I only played it through my smartphone you see. Normally I'm sure the fighting sound effects over power the music.

So you've done justice in making the music louder. Just with my ear i feel they have gone a little too low. Hope you see my pount and would be hapoy to hear your view on the matter.
