Sounds like you're in the Localization folder, not the Config folder. If the Config folder is not in BmGame folder in Windows 8, open Windows Explorer and put 'BmInput' in the search window. If you don't find it, add me and we'll trade contact info via Steam chat; then send me your bad save and I'll get you out of there. In the future, don't rush the doors; waiting a few seconds after the entry prompt gives the textures time to load. Waiting a few seconds after a door entry prompt seems to allow the game to load textures properly. I had another thought: are you running DX10 or DX11?
You might need to disable DX11 and turn PhysX off. Disabling DX11 appears to reduce floor drops such as My Alibi or the Copperhead and GCPD elevator freefalls.

Locate 'AllowD3D11=True' and change it to False 4. Locate 'AllowD3D10=False' and change it to True 5. Save alterations This will only work if you can find that file folder, which brings me to another question: do you have 'Hide Files' enabled on your PC? I'm wondering if that's why you're not finding these folders is because they're either invisible or installed in the wrong locations, such as an alternate drive besides C. Diogosouza, the problem with doing that is they might have completed tasks that you didn't, which will skew your Global Achievements. Did you do the F1 fix?
Did you disable DX11 before attempting the F1 fix? Did you code your BmInput properly before attempting the F1 fix? Did you press both fn + F1 simultaneously?
The F1 fix doesn't work unless both buttons are pressed. I just did a My Alibi rescue last night. Add me, we'll trade email addresses via Steam chat, send me your save and I'll get you out of there and return the rescued save to you. Sorry for suddenly appearing on this post, but I've run in to the same problem myself and none of the fixes above at all seem to be working for me (and no, unfortunately I don't have the necessary Fn key, which is super disappointing right now). I've actually had the glitch before this point. I got it in the elevator in the sewers, but I somehow managed to just glide and make it.
Not sure exatcly how that worked out. I also had a very similar glitch in Arkham CITY (believe it or not) when doing the trials to gain the demon's blood from Rhas Al Ghoul.
Again, I managed to glide and maneuvre my way out of this one. What I have noticed here is that if I immediately glide once I start falling, I can stil hear the music from the My Alibi club, and if I angle the camera correctly, I can even see the doors above me (however, I can't get up to reach them at all. But I can see them. A kind of strange, taunting torture, I guess).
Seeing as your guess on how to fix this is far better than mine, any and all additional help would be greatly appreciated, because despite what people say, I thoroughly enjoy this game and if it weren't for this glitches I think it could actually (please don't hate) be better than its predecessors.
